Integrated Staffing & Training Limited is looking for a skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for expanding our business, building relationships with clients and job seekers, and promoting our services to potential customers. You will focus on local recruitment, training, CV writing, and other services.
Integrated Staffing & Training Limited is a leading Kenyan company providing recruitment, training, and CV writing services to both local and overseas clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's local recruitment services
• Market and sell the company's training and CV writing services to potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
• Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends and competitors
• Meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Coordinate with the recruitment and training teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep track of industry trends and competitors' activities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a recruitment or training firm
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of the local job market and industry trends
• Experience in using CRM software
